I'm Tina M. Payne, RN, MSN
I'm a CEO Mom, Registered Nurse, wife, homeschool mom of five, author, international speaker, and business owner. I am also an executive contributor for "The Color of Wellness Magazine", the first Black Wellness Magazine by Black Nurses that helps to educate African-American communities.

In 2019, I established Tina M. Payne Consulting, LLC a coaching firm designed to assist nurses and other women professionals transition into an entrepreneurial space seamlessly. After successfully running my own online & mobile uniform store I began to offer my services by coaching other nurses who were tired of working at the bedside, with getting their scrubs business started.

Since 2018, I have provided over 200 women with my blueprint for launching a medical apparel business independently through my private coaching, digital products, and my signature online course Scrub Shop Academy®.

I am a strong believer in reciting affirmations daily and the power of manifesting your reality through the power of our words.

At any point of our journey, I believe as women we have the right to change our minds about the direction of our life as we see fit, unapologetically.

I started really enjoying life once I realized the freedom that entrepreneurship provides and that I didn’t have to retire at the hospital as a bedside nurse.

I have no doubt that my main purpose is to empower other women to realize their gifts and expose them to the benefits of being an entrepreneur..

It is a privilege to be able to homeschool, make my own schedule, and be more available to my family.
