There will be no refunds or cancellations once the client signs the contract for service.

Because all digital courses and curriculum are accessible and downloadable immediately to your e-mail after purchase, we do not offer refunds or cancellations. Tangible Products such as T-shirts or Hard Copy Books can be exchanged or returned due to damage or sizing issues within 14 days of order receipt based on tracking only. Customers of tangible products may send an email to info@tinampayne.com subject "Requesting Exchange" or "Requesting Refund" Any item purchased on Amazon will not be exchanged or eligible for a refund, please contact Amazon to initiate that process.
